I have nearly 15 years of experience working in the field of behavioral and mental health treatment at various levels. With a BA in Psychology and MSc in Addiction Studies, one of my areas of specialty has been in helping individuals to overcome various addictive disorders. However, my coaching style suits anyone looking to break any kind of unhealthy habit or negative thinking pattern in order to improve their overall well-being.
As a coach, I use a a strengths-based and goal-oriented approach. This means that my aim is to provide a program that helps my clients lead happier, more satisfying lives despite the inevitable struggles that arise on a daily basis — a program that is entirely based on each individual’s personal goals. This coaching approach is based on identifying and enhancing a client’s strengths in order to cope with distress and change unhealthy behavioral patterns, promoting positive experiences and emotions, forming goals for the future, and providing unconditional positive regard.
